The employer and the employee
A film by Manuel Nieto Zas
Rodrigo (28), a farm owner, is short of labour for the harvest. He recruits Carlos (18), father of a baby, who must quickly find a job, but who does not have his license. During a family visit, Carlos overturns the tractor killing his child instantly. While Rodrigo tries to alleviate his grief, a complaint is filed against him.
